Franklin Tennessee's Pumpkinfest
What a great Halloween weekend! I hope that yours was as good as mine. I met some really neat people and saw some great costumes. Every year in Franklin, TN the Heritage Foundation puts on an event called the Pumpkinfest. This year was the 24th year of the event and it was a lot of fun. My wife and I bundled up the baby and headed over to Historic Franklin in hopes of some great food and fun and were not disappointed. There was of course all sorts of delicious and unhealthy food to enjoy as well as tons of activities for kids. We even got to see some clogging, which was pretty awesome. One of the things I most enjoyed though was the fact that lots of adults were dressed up as well as the kids. I snapped a few pictures of my favorites but really there were great costumes all around.
